No-sew pin cushion from plastic bottle cap

Here's how to make no-sew pin cushions out of those pesky plastic bottle caps that we can't recycle.

1. You will need a plastic bottle cap, coloured felt, polyfill, UHU glue and a pair of scissors.

2. Cut a circular piece of felt a little larger than the bottom of your bottle cap.

3. Cut a rectangular piece of felt that can wrap around the sides of your bottle cap.

4. Glue the pieces you’ve just cut in place.

5. Cut a circle that is at least two times bigger than your bottle cap.

6. Put a ball of polyfill into the circle you’ve just cut.

7. Stuff the ball neatly into the cavity of the bottle cap and carefully glue in place.

8. Cut shapes from left over felt for decoration.

9. Decorate your pincushion and it's ready to use!
